Gabriel Greenberg received his B.A. in History from Macalester College in 1989 and received his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1996. Before attending law school, Mr. Greenberg studied Talmudic law at Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim near Tel Aviv in Israel. While at Touro Law Center, he was president of the Jewish Student Union.
Presently at Koehler & Isaacs, LLP, Mr. Greenberg brings more than thirteen years of legal experience which have been devoted almost exclusively to matrimonial matters. During Mr. Greenberg’s career he has represented a wide variety of clients and touched on all aspects of divorce litigation including equitable distribution, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, and contempt proceedings.
Mr. Greenberg has appeared regularly in Supreme and Family Court in all the five counties of New York, and has argued appeals in Appellate Division for both the First and Second Department.
Besides Mr. Greenberg’s litigation experience, he has skillfully negotiated and drafted numerous pre and post nuptial agreements and separation agreements on behalf of his clients during his years of practice.
Mr. Greenberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Matrimonial Section and is admitted to the New York State Bar and to Federal Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
