Talia L. Haynes

Talia L. Haynes is a member of the matrimonial practice group at Koehler & Isaacs LLP, practicing matrimonial and family law in New York State Supreme and Family Courts. Ms. Haynes assists clients in all phases of divorce and family law including prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, paternity, divorce, separation, annulment, custody and visitation, guardianship, child and spousal support. Ms. Haynes is empathetic and dedicated to achieving her clients’ best interests through tenacious litigation and innovative negotiation skills, enhanced from her time being mentored by Raoul Felder, noted New York Divorce attorney.

Ms. Haynes comes to Koehler & Isaacs LLP from her own Family Law, Immigration, Housing Court and Real Estate practice. Before that, Ms. Haynes also spent many years Thomson Reuters Legal, in a role that included teaching her excellent legal research skills to Manhattan attorneys.

Ms. Haynes received her B.A. in Political Science from Swarthmore College and her J.D. from University of Iowa College of Law in 2009. While law school, she was an executive member of the Moot Court Board. She also served as the Iowa Law National Bar Association Committee Chair and on the Iowa Human Rights Commission and was an Alexander G Clark Sr. & Jr. Chapter Outstanding Third Year Law Student Awardee.

Ms. Haynes is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association.
